Current Multi-Family Residents & Association Homeowners

M&M Property Management is continuously monitoring the rapid changes surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and re-evaluating our strategies to safely continue to serve our tenants, homeowners and staff. To that end the following changes have been implemented:

Our office is closed to the public until further notice. Appointments can be made as necessary, but masks are required.
We will continue to thoroughly clean and sanitize common areas. If you see any maintenance personnel onsite, please be sure to maintain a distance of 6 feet as they work. For the safety of our janitors, please do not request maintenance if you are feeling sick or have recently in been in areas affected by the virus.
If you generally pay in person, please note that all payments can be dropped in the dropbox on our office door. Money order receipt requests can be emailed to info@mmpropmgt.com.

What can you do to help during this time?

If you haven’t already, take a moment to transition to online payments. Please call our office at 708-386-7355 or email info@mmpropmgt.com to receive an invite to the secure online portal.

Prospective Tenants

Although our office is closed to the public at this time, we are continuing to lease units as they are available. Take a look at what we have available at this link: https://www.mmpropmgt.com/vacancies. We are hosting a combination of virtual and live tours and all leases can be signed electronically.
