Facts on Fees

The following fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

• Application Fee: $75 per adult, age 18 and over. 
  
• Administration Fee: $50 due at lease signing
  
• Non-Refundable Move In Fee: $500 due on the move in date for all properties in Oak Park & Forest Park. $250/per occupant due on the move in date for all properties in Chicago.
  
• First Month's Rent: Due at lease signing
  
• Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $200-$300 (fee amount varies by property) due at lease signing*
• Monthly Pet Rent: $35
• Monthly Utility Fee: $40 - Studio, $45 - 1 Bedroom, $50 - 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom Units Vary By Property
